Submit a Proposal
When you are ready to submit a project proposal, please have all of the following documents ready to attach to your covering email:

- Annex A: Logical Framework Matrix (Logframe) - PDF - WORD - ES
- Annex B: Budget for the Project - PDF - EXCEL - ES
- Annex C: Work Plan - PDF - WORD - ES
- Annex D: Capacity Assessment & Partnership Statement - PDF - WORD - ES
- Annex E: Legal Status
- Annex F: Audited Financial Accounts
Project proposals can be submitted in any working language of the United Nations system (Arabic, English, French, Russian, Spanish).
Project proposals should be submitted by email to the PMU in Brussels at jmdi.pmu@undp.be and the Focal Point in your country of implementation. For a list of Focal Points and contact details, please click here.
Alternatively, for those without regular or reliable access to email, hard copies of applications should be handed in to Joint Initiative Focal Points at the relevant UN Country Office by the deadline for applications, for forward transmission to the Joint Initiative team in Brussels.
